Today’s guest is Lane Kawaoka.  Lane has a background as a Civil/Industrial engineer.  Like many others, Lane was taught from a young age to go to college, and become an employee.  He began investing in residential single family back in 2009 and over the years has built a portfolio of 3,000 apartment units primarily as a passive investor in multifamily syndications and private placements.
